FTP PanelCheck + Download files by keywords

Чеккер на RUST для проверки листов (host:login:pass/...) на доступность FTP, SFTP. Интерфейс — Slint GUI.

1. Положить `combo.txt` в удобное место.
2. Запустить нужный .exe
3. Выбрать путь к `combo.txt`.
4. Настроить `THREADS` (1–800).
5. При необходимости включить `KEYWORD FILTER`/`KEYWORDS`
6. Результаты появятся в check_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS

Ключевые элементы:
- `KEYWORD FILTER`: `Keyword search`
- `KEYWORDS`: многострочное поле (один термин на строку).
- `THREADS`: 1–800

## 6. Формат входного файла (combo)
Строка = `host[:port]:user:pass` (стандартный "combo"). Парсер нормализует:
- `user:pass` без порта → порт неявный (для FTP оставляет 21,
- Порт может быть явным.
- Дефисы, пробелы по краям игнорируются.
- Некорректные строки не обрабатываются и попадают в `skiprows_<count>.txt`.

Примеры (работают с парсером):
- `192.168.1.5:user:pass`
- `example.com:2222:login:password`
- `host.com:login:pass:with:colon?` — пароль может содержать `:` (правильно парсится)

## 10. Файлы результатов
После завершения/прерывания в выходной папке (по умолчанию `dist\check_YYYY-MM-DD_HH-MM-SS\` либо указанной в `OUTPUT DIR`) создаются:
| Файл | Описание |
| `Good.txt` | Валидные доступы.
| `Bad.txt` | Ошибки авторизации/невалид.
| `CannotConnect.txt` | Нет коннекта/таймаут/handshake fail.
| `FtpSummary.txt` | Краткий суммарник: `protocol=...`, `good=...`, `bad=...`, `cannot_connect=...`, `skipped=...`, `good_reports=...`
| `skiprows_<N>.txt` | все строки входного `combo.txt`, которые не распарсились парсером.
| `Good/` | Для FTP — папка с `Good/<combo-hash>/` и файлами скачанных совпадений.
Скачанные файлы по ключевым словам сохраняются только при `Download matches=On`
