Request Please help me get information about my killed uncle

[StarkillerX]

Hello everyone, I'm asking for help. I don't know if I'm in the right place for this, but I'll still try. I want to get into the Facebook account of my uncle who passed away in 2014. He was killed and no investigation was started, so I recently began looking into it myself. I was able to correctly guess the passwords for some of the accounts he used, like Gmail or X, but I need help getting into his Hotmail account. That is his main email account, but it's asking for a verification code sent to his phone number. Is there a way to spoof that phone number so I can receive the verification code and access the account? or some other ways that can help me, one year before he died, he was posting on twitter this one is one of the message i found: They're following me. Wherever I go, I find them in front of me. I'm scared of dying and leaving my family without me. Sooner or later someone will kill me. and many more pls somebody with a good heart help me
